Business Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase company revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client and Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals and bids.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed business development reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics in Kuwait.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

المهام الأساسية:
المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال:
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة ومتابعتها لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- وضع وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية لزيادة إيرادات الشركة وحصتها في السوق.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات واحتياجات العملاء والمنافسة.
إدارة العملاء والموردين:
- إنشاء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- التفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات لضمان صفقات تجارية مربحة.
- التعاون مع الموردين لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات عالية الجودة في الوقت المناسب.
تنسيق المشروع:
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الفنية لضمان تلبية متطلبات العميل.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم مقترحات المشاريع والعطاءات.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة للعملاء والإدارة.
التقارير والتحليل:
- إعداد تقارير تفصيلية عن تطوير الأعمال وتقديمها إلى الإدارة العليا.
- تحليل بيانات المبيعات واتجاهات السوق لإعلام استراتيجيات الأعمال.
- تتبع وتقييم فعالية مبادرات تطوير الأعمال.
مؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (مفضل).
- 5-6 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير الأعمال، أو المبيعات، أو دور ذي صلة في قطاع البناء.
- فهم قوي لصناعة البناء وديناميكيات السوق في الكويت.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة المؤكدة على تطوير العلاقات المهنية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء والموردين.
- مفكر استراتيجي يتمتع بقدرات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office و CRM.
