Full Job Description
- Verify that all received items meet purchase order specifications for quantity, quality, and condition.
- Physically inspect and approve goods, ensuring accuracy in weight, price, and other details.
- Confirm all deliveries are supported by approved purchase orders and acknowledge receipt by signing supplier invoices.
- Reject non-compliant deliveries and report discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
- Oversee outgoing hotel goods, ensuring proper documentation and security approval via pull-out/delivery permits.
- Create invoices or delivery receipts for goods received without accompanying documents.
- Forward inspected goods to the appropriate storeroom or department.
- Accurately record receipts in the system on the same day, verifying quantity and pricing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

- التحقق من أن جميع الأصناف المستلمة تتوافق مع مواصفات طلب الشراء من حيث الكمية والجودة والحالة.
- فحص البضائع بشكل مادي والموافقة عليها، مع التأكد من دقة الوزن والسعر والتفاصيل الأخرى.
- التأكد من أن جميع التسليمات مدعومة بأوامر شراء معتمدة وتوقيع فواتير الموردين كإقرار بالاستلام.
- رفض التسليمات غير المطابقة والتبليغ عن أي تفاوتات إلى قسم المشتريات.
- الإشراف على السلع الصادرة من الفندق، مع ضمان وجود الوثائق المناسبة والحصول على الموافقة الأمنية عبر تصاريح السحب/التسليم.
- إنشاء فواتير أو إيصالات تسليم للبضائع التي يتم استلامها بدون مستندات مصاحبة.
- إرسال البضائع التي تم فحصها إلى المخزن أو القسم المناسب.
- تسجيل الاستلامات بدقة في النظام في نفس اليوم، مع التحقق من الكمية والأسعار.
- أداء المهام الإضافية التي يكلف بها من قبل المشرفين.
