Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Address and resolve key clients’ complaints and provide timely and effective customer care and after sales service.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automated testing, quality assurance or related roles.
- Proven experience in building and managing automated testing frameworks, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Familiarity with Navitaire PSS, SkySpeed and related systems is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
