Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a highly skilled Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the construction industry and have a strong background in planning and cost control, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, highlighting any potential issues.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and cost constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and cost control within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر وتقديم توصيات للتخفيف منها.
- التعاون مع المعنيين لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع ضمن حدود النطاق والوقت والتكلفة.
المتطلبات:
- درجة بكاليروس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف في صناعة البناء.
- إتقان برنامج Primavera P6 و MS Project وبرامج مراقبة التكاليف.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
