EPC Sales Engineer
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Sales in the Electrical LV Switchgear industry.
- Knowledge in design, specifications, costing, and IEC standards in LV Switchgear and components.
- Academic Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in LV Switchgear manufacturing.
- Driving license: Required (Kuwait).
- Salary is dependent on experience with a degree.
- Transferable residency is required.
- Fluent in Arabic and Indian languages.
Field Sales Representatives
What You’ll Do:
- Use various sales methods (cold calling, presentations, etc.)
- Develop new sales strategies and models.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Understand and assess customer needs.
- Build long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial data.
- Manage your customer database.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven record of achieving personal quotas.
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer competency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Meta Ad Specialist
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
- Analyze data on ad spending, revenue, and user/customer behavior.
- Set and manage campaign budgets, goals, and KPIs.
- Provide regular insights from current and historical data and trends.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Must be hands-on with Meta Business Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel for setting up conversion tracking codes.
- Knowledge of foreign ad markets and a holistic understanding of other paid ad platforms is a bonus.
- Prior experience working with SaaS companies.

- رخصة قيادة: مطلوبة (الكويت).
- الراتب يعتمد على الخبرة مع المؤهل الأكاديمي.
- الإقامة يجب أن تكون قابلة للتحويل.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والهندية.
ممثل مبيعات ميدانية
ما ستقوم به:
- استخدام طرق مبيعات متنوعة (المكالمات الباردة، العروض التقديمية، إلخ).
- تطوير استراتيجيات ونماذج مبيعات جديدة.
- تقييم فعالية استراتيجيات المبيعات.
- تقييم احتياجات العملاء.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشخصية والفريق.
- حضور الاجتماعات والفعاليات التدريبية.
- تقديم التقارير والملاحظات للإدارة باستخدام البيانات المالية والإحصائية.
- إدارة قاعدة بيانات العملاء.
ما نبحث عنه:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.
- سجل مثبت في تحقيق الحصص الشخصية.
- معرفة بتقنيات المبيعات المختلفة وإدارة سير العمل.
- مهارات الكمبيوتر.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والعلاقات الشخصية.
أخصائي إعلانات ميتا (Meta Ad Specialist)
ما ستقوم به:
- التخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية المدفوعة على فيسبوك وإنستجرام.
- تحليل البيانات المتعلقة بإنفاق الإعلانات، الإيرادات، وسلوك المستخدمين والعملاء.
- إعداد وإدارة ميزانيات الحملات، الأهداف، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- تقديم رؤى دورية من البيانات والاتجاهات الحالية والتاريخية.
- البحث وتحليل روابط الإعلانات المنافسة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق أهداف الأعمال.
ما نبحث عنه:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة حملات إعلانات ميتا.
- يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية في استخدام Meta Business Manager.
- خبرة مع Meta Pixel لإعداد رموز تتبع التحويل.
- معرفة بأسواق الإعلانات الأجنبية وفهم شامل لمنصات الإعلانات المدفوعة الأخرى هو ميزة إضافية.
