Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development for new products, product improvements, and redesign initiatives.
- Assess the potential and practicality of products in development, ensuring they meet market demand and company strategy.
- Develop and execute a category strategy that drives product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Create and refine product designs that align with the company's strategic goals and brand identity.
- Build a comprehensive design database, ensuring originality and uniqueness in product offerings.
- Monitor market trends, identify consumer preferences, and develop new styles, themes, and collections.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless execution of product launches.

المسؤوليات:
- قيادة البحث والتطوير للمنتجات الجديدة وتحسينات المنتجات ومبادرات إعادة التصميم.
- تقييم إمكانات وفعالية المنتجات قيد التطوير، والتأكد من أنها تلبي طلب السوق واستراتيجية الشركة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الفئة التي تعمل على تعزيز التمييز بين المنتجات والميزة التنافسية.
- إنشاء وتحسين تصميمات المنتجات بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة وهوية العلامة التجارية.
- بناء قاعدة بيانات تصميم شاملة، وضمان الأصالة والتفرد في عروض المنتجات.
- راقب اتجاهات السوق، وحدد تفضيلات المستهلكين، وقم بتطوير أنماط وموضوعات ومجموعات جديدة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك التسويق والمبيعات والإنتاج، لضمان التنفيذ السلس لإطلاق المنتجات.
