Required jobs in Tricon International Company and their details:
Fire fighting and Plumbing Draftsman
Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings for firefighting and plumbing systems using AutoCAD or relevant software
✔ Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts
✔ Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, Kuwait regulations, and project specifications
✔ Coordinate with engineers and site teams, to resolve design issues
✔ Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project updates
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in Firefighting & Plumbing
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other drafting software
✅ Strong knowledge of fire suppression systems, piping layouts, and hydraulic calculations
✅ Ability to interpret MEP drawings and prepare BOQs (preferred)
✅ Transferable visa (preferred)
رسام مكافحة الحرائق والسباكة
المسؤوليات:
✔ إعداد رسومات تفصيلية ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد لأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والسباكة باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD أو البرامج ذات الصلة
✔ تطوير الرسومات التنفيذية والرسومات كما تم بناؤها وتخطيطات التنسيق
✔ ضمان الامتثال لمعايير NFPA ولوائح الكويت ومواصفات المشروع
✔ التنسيق مع المهندسين وفرق الموقع لحل مشكلات التصميم
✔ مراجعة وتعديل الرسومات بناءً على التعليقات وتحديثات المشروع
متطلبات:
✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كرسام في مكافحة الحرائق والسباكة
✅ إجادة برامج AutoCAD و Revit (المفضل) وبرامج الرسم الأخرى
✅ معرفة قوية بأنظمة إخماد الحرائق وتخطيطات الأنابيب والحسابات الهيدروليكية
✅ القدرة على تفسير رسومات MEP وإعداد فواتير الكميات (مفضل)
✅ تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (مفضلة)
