Humanities Faculty (Full-Time Ethics and Part-Time Psychology)
We are hiring for two positions:

Full-Time Faculty in Ethics with a strong background in Business or Applied Ethics
-
Part-Time Faculty in Psychology for undergraduate instruction
We are looking for academically qualified, student-centered educators who can deliver high-quality instruction and contribute to our focus on critical thinking, ethics, and behavioral science.
Responsibilities
-
Teach undergraduate courses in Ethics or Psychology.
-
Develop and update syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
-
Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports student success.
-
Provide timely feedback, academic support, and office hours as appropriate.
-
Maintain accurate student records and comply with institutional policies.
-
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
-
Stay current in relevant academic fields and instructional best practices.
Requirements
Full-Time Ethics Faculty:
-
Master’s or higher in Business, Ethics, or a related field.
-
Specialization or significant experience in Business Ethics or Applied Ethics.
-
Minimum of two years of university-level teaching experience.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Prior business or industry experience is a plus.
-
Familiarity with integrating ethics into multidisciplinary programs.
Adjunct Psychology Faculty:
-
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a closely related field.
-
At least one year of teaching experience at the college level (preferred).
-
Experience with online or hybrid instruction is an advantage.

Ability to engage students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.

نحن بصدد تعيين أعضاء هيئة تدريس لاثنين من المناصب التالية:

عضو هيئة تدريس بدوام كامل في الأخلاقيات مع خلفية قوية في الأخلاقيات التجارية أو الأخلاقيات التطبيقية.

عضو هيئة تدريس جزئي في علم النفس لتدريس الدورات الجامعية.
نبحث عن معلمين مؤهلين أكاديميًا ومهتمين بالطلاب، الذين يمكنهم تقديم تدريس عالي الجودة والمساهمة في التركيز على التفكير النقدي والأخلاقيات وعلم السلوك.
المسؤوليات
-
تدريس الدورات الجامعية في الأخلاقيات أو علم النفس.
-
تطوير وتحديث المناهج الدراسية وخطط الدروس والاختبارات بما يتماشى مع نتائج التعلم.
-
إنشاء بيئة صفية شاملة وجذابة تدعم نجاح الطلاب.
-
تقديم ملاحظات في الوقت المناسب، ودعم أكاديمي، وساعات مكتبية حسب الحاجة.
-
الحفاظ على سجلات الطلاب بدقة والامتثال لسياسات المؤسسة.
-
التعاون مع الزملاء في تطوير المناهج والمبادرات الأكاديمية.
-
البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات الأكاديمية في مجالات التخصص.
الشروط
عضو هيئة تدريس بدوام كامل في الأخلاقيات:
-
درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في الأعمال، الأخلاقيات أو مجال ذو صلة.
-
تخصص أو خبرة كبيرة في الأخلاقيات التجارية أو الأخلاقيات التطبيقية.
-
خبرة تدريس جامعية لا تقل عن سنتين.
-
مهارات تواصل ولباقة شخصية قوية.
-
خبرة سابقة في مجال الأعمال أو الصناعة هي ميزة إضافية.
-
دراية بإدماج الأخلاقيات في البرامج متعددة التخصصات.
عضو هيئة تدريس جزئي في علم النفس:
-
درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في علم النفس أو مجال قريب.
-
خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن عام في المستوى الجامعي (يفضل).
-
الخبرة في التدريس عبر الإنترنت أو النمط الهجين تعد ميزة إضافية.
-
القدرة على جذب الطلاب من خلفيات أكاديمية وثقافية متنوعة.
