We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to become an integral part of our growing finance team in Kuwait. If you have experience in the food & beverage industry and a passion for maintaining financial accuracy, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales and expenses.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and POS system data.

• Monitor food and beverage cost control and wastage.

• Coordinate with the operations team for budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in audit processes.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Understanding of restaurant cost structures (food cost, labor cost, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proven experience in the F&B or restaurant industry.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة، بما في ذلك المبيعات اليومية والمصاريف.

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.

• تسوية بيانات كشوف الحسابات البنكية ونظام نقاط البيع.

• مراقبة تكاليف الطعام والشراب والمخلفات.

• التنسيق مع فريق العمليات لإعداد الميزانية والتوقعات.

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضرائب المحلية والمساعدة في عمليات التدقيق.

المتطلبات:

• معرفة قوية بـ MS Excel والتقارير المالية.

• فهم هياكل تكاليف المطاعم (تكلفة الطعام، تكلفة العمالة، إلخ).

• درجة بكاليروس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.

• خبرة مثبتة في صناعة الطعام والشراب أو المطاعم.
