RTCH Mechanic
Responsibilities:
-
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
-
Performs the full scope of field and sustainment level service, repairs, and overhaul of the KALMAR/RTCH and all variants of material handling equipment (MHE); and other Special Purpose Equipment.
-
Performs the full range of field and sustainment levels of maintenance to include but not limited to overhaul, repair, and services.
-
Ensures work is complete and conforms to standards and requirements IAW technical manuals, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) manuals, and local SOP/IOPs.
-
Check and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems; remote control systems; and variable frequency drive of crane equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
-
High School graduate or equivalent.
-
Documented maintenance training on RTCH.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
-
A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and Kuwait Heavy Duty Driver’s License.
Experience:
-
Three (3) years of experience in RTCH maintenance.
Skills:
-
Possesses in-depth knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
-
Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork.
-
Must be knowledgeable of and possesses the ability to identify the military rank structure.
-
Highly proficient in English, both verbally and written.
-
Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
-
High-level organization and planning skills so workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and documents.

Must be proficient performing troubleshooting and automotive systems.

Possesses good customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Must be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
Working Conditions:
-
Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
-
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
Physical Requirements:
-
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
-
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where there could be exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
-
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.

Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
Emergency Services Director
Responsibilities:
-
Serves as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Program IO Directorate requirements and operations.
-
Serves as primary interface between the Command Group, S-2, Department of Emergency Services (DES), and Provost Marshall in all security and emergency services-related situations.
-
Responsible for managing force protection issues on all supported Camps and operational locations within the host nation.
-
Communicates with the Customer daily to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met or exceeded.
-
Responsible for the development, training, oversight, and management of all aspects of the IO Directorate.
-
Provides information, consultation, and support to all levels of Management on IO issues, as well as planning and staff development.
-
Manages Subcontract labor as applicable in performance of the IO mission.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Management, Business, or related field.
-
Ability to obtain Host Country Driver's License.
-
12 years of experience in directing installation-level Security, Fire, and Emergency Services operations on military installations.
-
Active Secret Clearance.

Warehouse Lead
Responsibilities:
-
Oversees the operational performance of the Supply Support Activity in accordance with Army Regulation 710-2, and AR 735-5.
-
Utilizes the Common Access Card (CAC) to enter and perform inputs in the GCSS-Army database system.
-
Conducts cyclic inventories, records/verifies the quantity of given items.
-
Manages approximately 252,000 square feet of warehouse storage space.
-
Conducts receiving, shipping, and turn-ins transactions as part of the customer service of the SSA Warehouse.
-
Prepares documents for turn-in and conducts turn-in of unserviceable/excess items as directed by GCSS-System to DLA or other supported SSA's.

High School diploma is required.

Completion of Online training in GCSS-Army and a Certificate of Training on GCSS-Army Unit Supply is preferred.

Safeguards need-to-know information regarding Army property.
-
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Experience:

Approximately 4 years of similar civilian or military experience in supply warehouse operations.
-
Preference to candidates with at least 3 years' experience with current USG AIS (GCSS-Army)
