Education and experience requirements include:
Land Surveyors
Diploma in Civil/Land Surveying
10–15 years’ experience in site surveys for public buildings and Housing Authority projects
Site Electrical Inspectors
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
10–15 years’ experience in supervision of housing projects, public buildings, roads, and infrastructure
Site Mechanical Inspectors (PL/FF & HVAC)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
10–15 years’ experience in mechanical supervision for public buildings and housing projects
Site Safety Inspectors
Diploma in Civil/Safety Engineering
10–15 years’ experience in supervision of housing, public buildings, roads, and infrastructure
Laboratory Technicians (Civil/Material)
Diploma in Civil/Material Lab Testing
10–15 years’ experience in lab and materials testing for housing, public buildings, and infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
Conduct supervision tasks according to project standards
Ensure compliance with construction, safety, and QA/QC guidelines
Support engineering teams with accurate reporting and inspections
Coordinate onsite activities and ensure project specifications are met

دبلوم مساحة/مدني
خبرة 10–15 سنة في أعمال المساحة لمشاريع المباني العامة ومشاريع الإسكان
مفتشو كهرباء (Site Electrical Inspectors)
دبلوم هندسة كهربائية
خبرة 10–15 سنة في الإشراف على مشاريع الإسكان والمباني العامة والطرق والبنية التحتية
مفتشو ميكانيكا (PL/FF & HVAC)
دبلوم هندسة ميكانيكية
خبرة 10–15 سنة في الإشراف الميكانيكي لمشاريع الإسكان والمباني العامة
مفتشو سلامة (Site Safety Inspectors)
دبلوم هندسة مدنية/سلامة
خبرة 10–15 سنة في الإشراف على مشاريع الإسكان والمباني العامة والطرق والبنية التحتية
فني مختبرات (Laboratory Technicians)
دبلوم مختبرات مواد/مدني
خبرة 10–15 سنة في اختبار المواد للمشاريع الحكومية والإسكانية والطرق والبنية التحتية
المسؤوليات
تنفيذ أعمال الإشراف حسب المواصفات القياسية
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة
إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة ودعم فرق الهندسة
متابعة الأعمال الميدانية وضمان مطابقة التنفيذ للمخططات
