Key Responsibilities & Job Scope
The selected candidate will lead the procurement and estimation department by analyzing complex tenders and preparing accurate BOQs for joinery, furniture, and MEP works. Your professional experiences will be essential in negotiating with suppliers and vendors to maintain cost-effectiveness. This position plays a critical role in our human resources and project management strategy, ensuring that all tender packages are submitted with high accuracy while maintaining an updated cost database for future Interior Fit-Out ventures.
Skills, Tools & Requirements
- Educational Background: Relevant degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD for quantity take-offs are mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Proven professional experiences in BOQ pricing and fit-out projects within the Kuwait/GCC market.
- Estimation Expertise: Ability to conduct value engineering exercises and manage subcontractor quotes effectively.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation skills to liaise with design and project teams.

يتولى مسؤول التسعير تحليل المناقصات بدقة وإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) لأعمال النجارة والأثاث والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP). يتطلب الدور مهارة عالية في المشتريات والتفاوض مع الموردين لضمان تقديم عطاءات تنافسية. تساهم هذه الوظيفة بشكل مباشر في نجاح مشاريع الـ Interior Fit-Out، حيث ستعمل على مراجعة المخططات الهندسية عبر AutoCAD وإعداد الميزانيات التقديرية، مما يعزز من قوة إدارة الموارد البشرية والفنية في الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات الأساسية
- امتلاك خبرات احترافية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في تسعير مشاريع الديكور والمناقصات.
- إتقان تام لبرنامج MS Excel المتقدم وبرامج حساب الكميات.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية واستخدام برنامج AutoCAD بمهارة.
- خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الموردين والمقاولين الباطن في سوق الكويت أو الخليج.
- مهارات عالية في الهندسة القيمة (Value Engineering) لتحسين التكاليف دون المساس بالجودة.
