We are currently looking for a qualified and detail-oriented HVAC Coordinator to join our expanding team. This is a vital operational role requiring strong coordination skills and experience in installation management within the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate installation jobs based on labor and job priorities.
• Communicate with Engineers and Customers to ensure site readiness.
• Dispatch installation teams, track progress, and resolve site conflicts.
• Coordinate with the Store and Factory for material delivery and duct sketches.
• Manage vehicle maintenance requests and report updates in the Focus system.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Arabic or Indian nationals.
• Location: Must be from inside Kuwait only.
• Experience: Highly preferred in HVAC coordination or installation operations.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• جدولة عمليات التركيب والتنسيق بناءً على أولويات العمل وتوافر العمالة.
• التواصل مع المهندسين وخدمة العملاء لضمان جاهزية المواقع.
• تجهيز المواد والمعدات اللازمة قبل بدء العمل وتتبع سير التركيبات.
• التنسيق مع المخزن والمصنع بشأن المواد ومخططات دكت التكييف.
• تقديم التقارير الإدارية ومتابعة صيانة السيارات التابعة للشركة.

المتطلبات:

• الجنسية: عربي أو هندي.
• الموقع: من داخل الكويت فقط.
• يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في تنسيق أو عمليات تركيب أنظمة التكييف (HVAC).
