Are you a highly skilled electrical specialist with a mastery of motor and transformer winding? A specialized engineering firm in Kuwait is seeking experienced LT (Low Tension) Winders and HT (High Tension) Winders to join our technical team. This is a critical role requiring precision, technical knowledge of electrical insulation, and a deep understanding of coil configurations for industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Coil Winding: Execute precise winding for Low Tension and High Tension motors, generators, and transformers.
Diagnostics: Strip and inspect failed units to determine the root cause of winding failure.
Insulation Mastery: Apply appropriate insulation materials and resins according to technical specifications and voltage requirements.
Testing: Conduct post-winding tests (such as resistance and insulation checks) to ensure the integrity of the repair.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all winding work meets international electrical standards and factory specifications.
Requirements
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in LT and HT winding.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of different winding patterns, wire gauges, and HT insulation systems.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Residency Status: Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18).

المسؤوليات الأساسية
لف الملفات: تنفيذ عمليات اللف الدقيق للمحركات والمولدات والمحولات ذات الضغط العالي والمنخفض.
التشخيص: فحص الوحدات التالفة لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية لفشل اللف.
العزل الفني: تطبيق مواد العزل والراتنجات (Resins) المناسبة وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات الجهد الكهربائي.
الاختبار: إجراء اختبارات ما بعد اللف لضمان سلامة الإصلاح وكفاءة الأداء.
المتطلبات
