Are you a skilled operator with a commitment to safety and operational efficiency? Alrifai Kuwait, a leader in the premium nuts and confectionery industry, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory movement, ensuring that our high-quality products are handled with care and precision within our logistics hub.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and transport them to designated storage areas.
Warehouse Navigation: Maneuver forklifts safely through narrow aisles and high-traffic warehouse zones to relocate products and materials.
Storage Optimization: Maintain organized storage by stacking products according to weight, fragility, and inventory category.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures to maintain a zero-accident environment.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure accurate stock placement and timely order fulfillment.
Maintenance: Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues to ensure the forklift remains in optimal working condition.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Significant hands-on experience operating forklifts within a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to handle heavy loads with precision and an understanding of warehouse logistics.
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of a warehouse setting.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
تحميل وتفريغ البضائع: التعامل مع الشحنات القادمة والمغادرة بكفاءة ونقلها إلى أماكن التخزين المحددة.
التنظيم المخزني: ترتيب وتكديس المنتجات وفقاً للمعايير المتبعة لضمان سهولة الوصول إليها وسلامتها.
الالتزام بالسلامة: اتباع كافة إرشادات السلامة المهنية بدقة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة للجميع.
التنسيق الميداني: التعاون مع موظفي المستودع لضمان دقة المخزون وسرعة تجهيز الطلبات.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة مثبتة في قيادة الرافعات الشوكية داخل المستودعات أو المصانع.
المكان: متاح للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت (إقامة قابلة للتحويل مادة 18).
