Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the health and wellness sector? Lightfields is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to support our growing community of online diet meal subscription customers. If you excel at managing digital subscriptions and ensuring every customer has a seamless journey toward their health goals, we want you to be the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle multi-channel inquiries regarding meal plans, ingredients, and delivery schedules with professionalism and clarity.
Subscription Management: Manage active customer accounts, including plan renewals, pauses, and modifications within our digital platform.
Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues or complaints to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
Experience Enhancement: Ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer journey from initial sign-up to daily meal delivery.
Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to relay customer feedback and special dietary requirements.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fully Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent written and verbal communication.
Nationality: Lebanese, Jordanian, or Syrian.
Age Profile: Not more than 35 years old.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or subscription-based industries.
Availability: Must be an immediate joiner currently residing in Kuwait.
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
