Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Drive the sale of SANY’s premier heavy equipment portfolio, including excavators, cranes, loaders, and more.
Business Development: Proactively identify new market opportunities and craft strategic sales plans to capture market share.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial sector.
Technical Consulting: Conduct professional product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and on-site visits to assess client needs.
Proposal Engineering: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to specific project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the heavy equipment industry.
Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of heavy machinery applications, performance metrics, and technical specifications.
Bilingual Proficiency: Mastery of both English and Arabic is mandatory for professional communication.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working with major international equipment brands is highly valued.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
