Resident Engineer

What you will be doing 

• Custodian of the implemented SMPs and Key responsible for the project supervision processes and requirements to deliver in compliance with the contract, project and other applicable requirements.
• Identify the internal and external factors that affects the project’s ability to deliver the required services / output.
• Issue Job Site Instructions / Site Work Instructions to the Contractor addressing Extension of time/cost when necessary.
• Issue Variation Orders (VO) to the Contractor to be implemented on site as per Q / T / C requirements, monitoring its execution and report its progress to the employer.

Electrical Engineer (Design)

 What you will be doing 

• Evaluate and prepare electrical load calculation requirements based on the power consumption of all electro-mechanical systems (e.g. lighting, power, equipment and all other services & systems, security systems, elevators etc.) which will be installed.
• Maintain continuous quality control on all drawings produced under the section, ensuring that they adhere to PACE quality and CAD standards (e.g. high standards of visual presentation, error free, properly dimensioned, x-referenced etc.)
• Prepare required calculations and documents for submission and approval from concerned ministries.

مهندس مقيم

ما ستفعله 

• المسؤول عن خطط إدارة المشاريع المنفذة والمسؤول الرئيسي عن عمليات ومتطلبات الإشراف على المشروع لضمان التسليم بما يتوافق مع العقد والمشروع والمتطلبات الأخرى المعمول بها.
• حدد العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي تؤثر على قدرة المشروع على تقديم الخدمات / المخرجات المطلوبة.
• إصدار تعليمات موقع العمل / تعليمات العمل في الموقع للمقاول بشأن تمديد الوقت / التكلفة عند الضرورة.
• إصدار أوامر التغيير (VO) للمقاول لتنفيذها في الموقع وفقًا لمتطلبات الجودة / الوقت / التكلفة، ومراقبة تنفيذها وإبلاغ صاحب العمل بتقدمها.

مهندس كهربائي (تصميم)

 ما ستفعله 

• تقييم وإعداد متطلبات حساب الأحمال الكهربائية بناءً على استهلاك الطاقة لجميع الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية (مثل الإضاءة والطاقة والمعدات وجميع الخدمات والأنظمة الأخرى وأنظمة الأمن والمصاعد وما إلى ذلك) التي سيتم تركيبها.
• الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة المستمرة على جميع الرسومات المنتجة في القسم، والتأكد من أنها تلتزم بمعايير الجودة الخاصة بـ PACE ومعايير CAD (مثل المعايير العالية للعرض المرئي، وخالية من الأخطاء، وذات أبعاد صحيحة، ومرجعية متبادلة، وما إلى ذلك).
• إعداد الحسابات والوثائق المطلوبة لتقديمها والحصول على موافقة الوزارات المعنية.
