Responsibilities

Precision Welding: Performing high-quality MIG, ARC, and TIG welding on various metals and thicknesses.
Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and precise measurements for accurate fabrication.
Equipment Setup: Selecting appropriate materials and adjusting welding parameters to ensure the integrity and quality of every weld.
Quality Control: Inspecting completed welds to ensure they meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
Safety Leadership: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, strictly following PPE protocols, and handling tools with a safety-conscious attitude.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in MIG, ARC, and TIG welding techniques.
Technical Literacy: Ability to work independently from engineering drawings and blueprints.
Visa Status: Must hold a Transferable Visa 18 and be currently residing in Kuwait.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team to meet production deadlines.↚

المسئوليات

اللحام الدقيق: تنفيذ عمليات لحام MIG وARC وTIG بجودة عالية على مختلف أنواع المعادن والسماكات.
التفسير الفني: قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية والقياسات الدقيقة لضمان دقة التصنيع.
تجهيز المعدات: اختيار المواد المناسبة وضبط معايير اللحام لضمان متانة وجودة كل وصلة لحام.
ضبط الجودة: فحص اللحامات المكتملة للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير السلامة والجودة الصارمة.
إدارة السلامة: الحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة وآمنة، والالتزام التام ببروتوكولات معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).

المتطلبات

خبرة مثبتة: خبرة عملية واسعة في تقنيات اللحام (MIG, ARC, TIG).
المعرفة الفنية: القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل بناءً على الرسومات والمخططات الهندسية.
