Responsibilities

• Branch Manager: Overseeing daily operations across 3 distinct branches, supervising branch staff, monitoring profitability, and ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Inventory & Cost Controller: Managing complex inventory systems, performing detailed cost analysis, controlling wastage, and coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to prepare accurate financial and stock reports.

Requirements

• For Branch Manager: Proven leadership experience in the F&B industry with the ability to manage multiple teams and locations simultaneously.↚

• For Inventory & Cost Controller: 4–6 years of specialized experience in F&B inventory management, strong Excel skills, and a deep understanding of food cost control and variance tracking.

• General Requirements: Must be currently residing in Kuwait (Local hiring only), possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be available to join immediately.

المسئوليات

• مدير فرع (إقليمي): الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في 3 فروع مختلفة، متابعة أداء الموظفين والفرع، مراقبة الربحية، وضمان الامتثال الصارم لمعايير النظافة والسلامة مع الحفاظ على مستوى استثنائي لخدمة العملاء.

• مراقب مخزون وتكاليف: إدارة أنظمة المخزون المعقدة، إجراء تحليلات دقيقة للتكاليف، مراقبة الهدر، والتنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والمستودعات لإعداد تقارير مالية ومخزنية دقيقة.

المتطلبات

• لمنصب مدير فرع: خبرة قيادية مثبتة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات مع القدرة على إدارة فرق ومواقع متعددة في آن واحد.

• لمنصب مراقب مخزون وتكاليف: خبرة تخصصية من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في إدارة مخزون المطاعم، مهارات قوية في برنامج Excel، وفهم عميق للتحكم في تكاليف الأغذية وتتبع فروقات المخزون.

• متطلبات عامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت (توظيف محلي فقط)، يمتلك مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات، ومتاح للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
