Key Responsibilities

Administer main contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and claims.
Draft professional contractual letters in both English and Arabic.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project requirements, and contractual timelines.
Support the project team in contract interpretation, variation management, and risk mitigation.
Monitor subcontractors' performance and maintain proper contractual records.
Assist in preparation and management of claims.
Coordinate with the project team, procurement, planning, and commercial departments.
Support the preparation of contractual reports and management summaries.

دعم فريق المشروع في تفسير العقود وإدارة التغييرات وتخفيف المخاطر.
متابعة أداء المقاولين الفرعيين والحفاظ على السجلات التعاقدية بشكل منظم.
المساعدة في إعداد وإدارة المطالبات.
التنسيق مع فريق المشروع والمشتريات والتخطيط والإدارة التجارية.
دعم إعداد التقارير التعاقدية وملخصات الإدارة.

Required Qualifications and Skills
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
Previous Gulf experience, preferably in Kuwait.
Preferable experience in projects with the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) and the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW).
Strong knowledge of contract administration practices.
Preferably holding professional certifications or training courses in Contracts and Claims Management.
Good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and contractual practices in Kuwait.
Arab nationality is preferred.
Experience in infrastructure projects is preferred.

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة من 10 إلى 12 سنة في مشاريع الإنشاءات والبنية التحتية.
خبرة سابقة في الخليج، ويفضل في الكويت.
يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع وزارة الأشغال العامة والهيئة العامة للرعاية السكنية.
معرفة قوية بممارسات إدارة العقود.
يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية أو دورات تدريبية في إدارة العقود والمطالبات.
معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح والممارسات التعاقدية المعمول بها في الكويت.
تفضل الجنسية العربية.
تفضل الخبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية.
