مطلوب مهندس عقود (Contracts Engineer) لشركة رائدة بالكويت

نبحث عن كفاءة هندسية متخصصة لتولي مسؤولية إدارة الالتزامات التعاقدية وضمان الامتثال القانوني والفني لمشاريعنا الكبرى، مما يوفر لك بيئة عمل احترافية للتعامل مع كبرى المؤسسات النفطية والحكومية.

المسؤوليات

• صياغة ومراجعة وإدارة العقود لضمان مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات القانونية.

• مراقبة وإدارة المناقصات والتأهيل المسبق (PQ) عبر المنصات الإلكترونية (K-portals, Ariba, GEP).

• إدارة دورة حياة العقود بما يشمل التعديلات، الأوامر التغييرية، والمطالبات حتى إغلاق المشروع.

• التحكم في جميع المراسلات التعاقدية الرسمية وضمان توثيقها بشكل سليم.

• إعداد ملفات تسجيل الموردين واعتماد مقاولي الباطن.

• مراجعة وثائق المناقصات لفهم نطاق العمل والشروط الفنية والتجارية.

• التنسيق المباشر بين مدراء المشاريع والفرق المالية وفرق التقديرات في كافة الأمور التعاقدية.

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكا، كهرباء، أو تخصص ذو صلة).

• خبرة عملية من 6 إلى 8 سنوات كمهندس عقود.

• يفضل من لديهم اعتمادات سابقة من شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) أو شركة البترول الوطنية (KNPC).

• إلمام تام بتطبيقات MS Office ويفضل معرفة ببرنامج Primavera P6.

• امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (Transferable Visa).
