Provide effective support across HR functions with particular focus on recruitment, employee records and operational HR.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Perform orientation and update records of new staff.
Must have prior work experience in similar role.
Planning, organizing, Effective Communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Must have positive mindset.
Must have transferable visa

Requirement

Design and maintain databases for various functions.
Prepare Dashboards for monitoring KPIs.
Conduct surveys, Documentation & reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Preferred).
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis and research methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
