Now HUAWEI Kuwait we are seeking an experienced B2B Direct Business Manager, the relevant information is shown as below.

Key Objectives:

Good Business acumen & building excellent relationship with Kuwait key Corporate & Government verticals to increase Huawei B2B smart devices business (such as PC etc.).

- End to End Business Management Responsibility with Revenue & Profitability Target.

- Full visibility, complete power mapping of large Corporate & Government end users.

- Increase number of market share in line with company’s guidelines and objectives.

- Consultative selling to increase Huawei devices sales within the B2B market segment.

Purpose of the job:

- Manage several larger accounts within the corp. & Gov. sectors — must know the customer’s IT and business objectives, priorities, and requirements, and seeing where you can add value by implementing Huawei B2B products strategy.


- He will be involved in the sales process from pipeline-building to deal-closing and orchestrating the deal team. Acting as a customer advocate, you will build and develop relevant customer relationships with key influencers and with extended partners to maximize our presence in the account.


- With a track record of technology sales success, He will be part of a business area that is growing - with great opportunities

Position Responsibilities:

- Adequate knowledge and relationship with Corp. & Gov sectors accounts and key decision makers

- Effectively demonstrate benefits of Huawei B2B products and solutions to partners and end users

- Increase & develop PC business and other B2B products in Kuwait

- Start, maintain and expand fruitful relations within key accounts, new corporate resellers and other stake holders in a project

- Identify and follow up projects throughout their entire lifecycle

- Provide quotations and negotiate price and terms according to divisional pricing guidelines

- Nurture the relationship with corporate resellers and distributors

- Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation

- Consolidate forecasts for all accounts and share with Business Manager.

Qualifications:

- At least 10-15 years of experience in sales of IT products and peripherals

- Techno commercial background

- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player

- Good networking with the direct accounts , corporate resellers & Computing solution providers

- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach

- Strong accounts management skills

- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
