Job Title: Teacher - Water Treatment
Basic tasks
Trainers must support the Customer's Operations Technical Professional Development team to deliver the training and assessment currently provided by the Customer to technicians and graduates, using currently available handouts and training materials, in classrooms, OJT and oilfield sites.
Conduct a complete review of all associated training materials, make recommendations, and implement the update of all training programs.
Provide “train the trainer” support to the client’s existing trainers through classroom sessions, on-the-job training, job shadowing, discussions, etc.
Take an active role in reviewing training's alignment with future business needs and technical challenges. This includes aligning the learning modules and format with any new training facilities within the company and implementing international accreditation for all programs offered.
Support the wider team and customer learning community on any other training or learning and development initiatives specific to the relevant function.
