Proven experience in poultry farming, including hatchery operations
Knowledge of chick rearing, feeding, vaccination, and disease prevention
Ability to handle all poultry-related tasks responsibly
Skilled in maintaining ventilation, feeding, and water systems
Accurate record-keeping for production and growth
Physically fit and hardworking
Ready to work in Kuwait; transferable residency preferred
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day chicken farm operations
Raise chicks and monitor their growth and health
Feed and water birds according to schedules
Maintain farm hygiene, clean poultry sheds, and equipment
Assist in breeding programs and manage egg collection
Operate and manage hatchery functions (incubation, hatching, chick care)
Monitor and maintain farm systems (ventilation, feeding, water supply)
Record and analyze production data (growth rates, mortality, feed consumption)
Monitor health, administer vaccines, and prevent diseases
Support farm manager in improving overall production efficiency

تربية الكتاكيت ومراقبة نموها وصحتها
تقديم الطعام والماء للطيور حسب الجداول
الحفاظ على نظافة المزرعة وتنظيف الحظائر والمعدات
المساعدة في برامج التربية وإدارة جمع البيض
تشغيل وإدارة وظائف الحضانة (الحضانة، الفقس، رعاية الكتاكيت)
مراقبة وصيانة أنظمة المزرعة (التهوية، التغذية، إمدادات المياه)
تسجيل وتحليل بيانات الإنتاج (معدلات النمو، الوفيات، استهلاك العلف)
مراقبة الصحة وإعطاء اللقاحات ومنع الأمراض
