Career Opportunity: Smart Security Sales & Installation Technician 🔐🛡️
We are seeking a versatile Smart Security Sales & Installation Technician to support showroom sales and execute site installations. This unique role combines technical expertise with sales skills to deliver complete security solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
A) Showroom Sales & Customer Handling
Recommend suitable solutions (CCTV, Smart Locks, Intercom, etc.) and demonstrate product features.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and system proposals (camera count, coverage, accessories).
Follow up on leads (WhatsApp/Phone), close sales, and upsell accessories/maintenance contracts.
B) Site Survey & Installation
Conduct site surveys for cable routing, power points, and network checks.
Install, test, and commission CCTV (IP/Analog), Smart Locks, Access Control, and Intercoms.
Handle low-voltage cabling, trunking, and basic electrical connections.
Handover projects with clear training for the customer.
C) Troubleshooting & After-Sales
Attend service calls, diagnose faults, and resolve issues quickly.
Coordinate warranty claims and maintain service records to ensure satisfaction.
D) Stock & Documentation
Maintain stock movement records and installation checklists.
Prepare customer handover forms and job completion reports.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in CCTV, smart locks, or low-voltage installation.
Technical Skills: Basic networking (IP addressing, routers, Wi-Fi) and comfortable with site work (drilling, fixing, ladders).
Sales Skills: Ability to handle showroom customers and close deals.
Languages: Good English (Arabic is a plus).
Logistics: Kuwait driving license is preferred.
Personal Traits: Honest, punctual, presentable, and customer-friendly.

نبحث عن فني تركيبات ومبيعات أنظمة أمنية ذكية لدعم مبيعات المعرض وتنفيذ التركيبات الميدانية لحلول الأمن الذكي (كاميرات، أقفال ذكية، إنتركم، وشبكات).
المسؤوليات الرئيسية :
أ) مبيعات المعرض والتعامل مع العملاء
استقبال العملاء، فهم متطلباتهم، وترشيح الحلول المناسبة (كاميرات، أقفال، إنتركم، حساسات).
عمل عروض الأسعار (Quotations) وقوائم الكميات (BOQ) ومقترحات النظام.
متابعة العملاء عبر (الواتساب/الهاتف) وإتمام عمليات البيع وتنسيق المواعيد.
ب) المعاينة الميدانية والتركيب
إجراء معاينة للموقع (مسارات الكابلات، نقاط الطاقة، فحص الشبكة).
تركيب وتشغيل: كاميرات المراقبة (IP/Analog)، الأقفال الذكية، الـ NVR/DVR، وبرمجة المشاهدة عن بُعد.
تمديد كابلات التيار المنخفض (Low-voltage) والقيام بالتوصيلات الكهربائية الأساسية المطلوبة.
ج) حل المشكلات وخدمة ما بعد البيع
الاستجابة لطلبات الصيانة، تشخيص الأعطال، واستبدال القطع وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
تنسيق مطالبات الكفالة (الضمان) والاحتفاظ بسجلات الخدمة.
د) المخزون والتوثيق
متابعة حركة المخزون للقطع المستلمة والمرتجعة.
إعداد نماذج تسليم العملاء وتقارير إتمام العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات:
الخبرة: سنتان فأكثر في مجال كاميرات المراقبة أو الأقفال الذكية أو التيار المنخفض.
المهارات الفنية: معرفة أساسية بالشبكات (IP Addressing, Routers) والقدرة على العمل الميداني (حفر، تثبيت، استخدام السلالم).
مهارات البيع: القدرة على إقناع العملاء وإتمام البيع داخل المعرض.
اللغات: لغة إنجليزية جيدة (العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
الإقامة: مادة 18 (قابلة للتحويل).
الموقع: شرق، الكويت.
