🎯 We're Hiring: Supervisor – Liner Operations
Al-Bahar Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor for Liner Operations to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. If you have a strong background in maritime operations and vessel documentation, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements (Full Details):
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ local experience in vessel operations and documentation.
Languages: Fluent in English (Proficiency in Arabic is an additional advantage).
Residency: Must hold a Transferable residency (Article 18).
Logistics: Preference will be given to candidates with a valid Kuwaiti driving license and their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Manage and monitor container movements and oversee all vessel documentation.
Coordination: Coordinate discharge and loading activities; provide real-time updates on vessel status.
Reporting: Prepare loading forecasts and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports.
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for ports, terminals, shipping lines, and customers.
Records: Maintain accurate records and proactively escalate any operational issues to management.

تعلن مجموعة البحر عن حاجتها لتعيين مشرف عمليات خطوط ملاحية ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا في الكويت.
المتطلبات والشروط (ترجمة كاملة):
الخبرة: خبرة محلية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات السفن والتوثيق الملاحي.
اللغات: إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (تعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
الإقامة: يجب أن تكون الإقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
المتطلبات اللوجستية: الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين يمتلكون رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية وسيارة خاصة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة العمليات: إدارة ومراقبة تحركات الحاويات والإشراف على وثائق السفن.
التنسيق: تنسيق أنشطة التفريغ والتحميل وتحديث حالة السفن أولاً بأول.
التقارير: إعداد توقعات التحميل وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية تفصيلية.
التواصل: التواصل والتنسيق مع الموانئ، المحطات، الخطوط الملاحية، والعملاء.
السجلات: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وتصعيد المشكلات التشغيلية للإدارة بشكل استباقي.
