We are looking for experts with deep local market knowledge to drive excellence in our Projects, Contracts, and Tendering departments.
1. Contracts Engineer
Experience: 7+ years in the entire contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, monitoring).
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction law, risk management, and proficiency in Primavera/MS Excel.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
Focus: Managing legal compliance and stakeholder relationships for residential and commercial packages.
2. Procurement Engineer
Experience: 10+ years in civil construction procurement (Kuwait market experience preferred).
Key Skills: Technical sourcing of materials, vendor vetting, and ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Focus: End-to-end procurement from RFQs to delivery, ensuring technical and budget alignment.
3. Civil Estimation Engineer (2 Vacancies)
Experience: 10+ years in civil estimation or quantity surveying.
Key Skills: Expert in quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and AutoCAD/Estimation software.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Focus: Preparing accurate cost estimates and profitable tender submissions for Civil works.
4. MEP Estimation Engineer
Experience: 10+ years in MEP estimation (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection).
Key Skills: Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC) and Kuwait market rates.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Focus: Detailed take-offs and technical/commercial proposal preparation for MEP systems.
5. Planning Engineer – Construction
Department: Project Planning & Controls.
Focus: Project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to the Project Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: 500 – 1,500 KD (Based on experience and role).
Job Type: Full-Time.

الوظائف المطلوبة:
مهندس عقود (Contracts Engineer): خبرة 7+ سنوات في صياغة وتفاوض العقود وإدارة المخاطر القانونية.
مهندس مشتريات (Procurement Engineer): خبرة 10+ سنوات في مشتريات الإنشاءات المدنية وإدارة الموردين في السوق الكويتي.
مهندس تسعير مدني (Civil Estimation Engineer): عدد (2) - خبرة 10+ سنوات في حساب الكميات وتحليل الأسعار وإعداد المناقصات.
مهندس تسعير MEP (MEP Estimation Engineer): خبرة 10+ سنوات في تسعير أنظمة التكييف، الكهرباء، والصحي وفق المعايير العالمية (NFPA, ASHRAE).
مهندس تخطيط (Planning Engineer): للعمل في قسم التحكم في المشاريع وإعداد الجداول الزمنية.
المزايا والشروط:
الراتب: يتراوح بين 500 - 1,500 دينار كويتي (حسب الخبرة والوظيفة).
الأفضلية: للمرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة سابقة داخل سوق العمل الكويتي.
