Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Carry out all kinds of periodical, breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines including the electrical and mechanical errors.
Job Objectives:
• Operate various packing machines with new operating systems.
• Carry out all kinds of maintenance Servo Controlled Packing, grinding, manual sealing, plastic roll printing machines.
• Carry out all kinds of periodical, breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines including the electrical and mechanical errors.
• Carry out the general maintenance work for Central AC and split units.
• Carry out the preventive maintenance of all machines to avoid the breakdown maintenance as much as possible.
• Forklift and Power pallets servicing and maintenance
• Factory electrical fittings timely checking and repair.
• Prepare the machines check list after physically check machines.
Skills
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years in similar role preferably with FMCG experience with packaging machines.
Technical diploma in electrical engineering.
• Strong background in fixing machines’ electrical breakdowns.
• Knowledge of all electrical equipment
• Knowledge of PLC.
• Knowledge of servo motor controls & other electrical and mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatic equipment
• Good command of English Language & PC skills
• Successful application of health and safety practices
