Retail Store Incharge
- Direct and control the Retail staff in the assigned area to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and those they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Monitors expired and damaged items and arrange replacement beforehand.
- Develop the annual budget for the assigned sites.
- Coach and train staff on proper customer service and sales techniques.
- Conduct frequent visits to the assigned showrooms to make sure that the policies and directives are executed properly.
- Take accountability for stock variance.
- Monitor the customer feedback & complaints and make sure they are attended to immediately after coordinating with the direct manager.
- Maintain close coordination with supply chain to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Take immediate decisions to resolve short orders.
- Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to measure performance vs. budget.
- Implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
- Maintain control over the retail outlets stock and ensure zero variance.
- Maintain up-to-date on competitive activities and recommend new ideas for trade support to enhance sales.
- Ensure all the trade activities and ensure that it is with approved budgets.
- Maintain close eye on the aging stocks in the showrooms and take immediate action.
- Contribute to the development of the trade marketing plans for activities required to support the team to reach their targets.
- Develop the summary reports for management as required.
- Study the market requirements and recommend new products to be launched.
- Recommend new packing solutions or packing configurations that would improve sales or enhance the product presentation.
- Maintains sharp control over price discounts offered to preferred clients.
Achieve minimum 80 percent target in all showrooms
