Job Description:
Strong understanding of different codes and standards
Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.
Assist in planning MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule.
Preferable US Army bases experience
Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
Discuss/Negotiate and review the offers and quotations received from the Sub-Contractors or vendors.
Responsible for planning and design of mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including developing method statements and inspection procedures.
Evaluation tools for MEP matters along with preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Requirements:
HVAC Expert
Electrical Power and Lighting Expert
Has knowledge of Fire Fighting/Alarm Expertise
Has knowledge of Plumbing Works design and executing
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must hold Kuwait Driving License
Desired start date: As soon as possible
