Sales Manager with minimum 5 years experience for Oil and Gas
MANDATORY
• Responsible for all Tendering, Procurement & Purchasing activities on assigned jobs/projects which required a high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
•Identify potential resources & suitable manufacturers
•Develop long-term Business Plan & strategy and provide supporting docs/info to the Management
•Communicate with the manufacturers on regular basis through meeting, presentation, submission of business plan & detailed discussion.
•Identify the products/services of agencies represented by the company
•Co-ordinate with the Manufacturer for getting relevant supporting documents for submission & follow up with the Client for any additional required info/docs.
•Identify the source potential for the demand of products/services of agencies represented by the company & market them
•Reviewing technical specs specified in the RFQ & communicates with the Client for any clarification.
•Identify suitable manufacturers & suppliers & float initiate RFQ/RFP
•Interacting with the traders, manufacturers, and indenting agents for technical & commercial negotiation
•Prepare Technical Evaluation Sheet(TES) & Costing Sheet (CS) and get approval from the Finance Department (FD)
•Verify all required supporting documents along with the tender original & submit the offer on the closing date by the right time.
Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 5 years’ experience in selling Oil & Gas fields requirements & equipment in the GCC Countries
