Job Title: Workspace Solutions Marketing Manager


Our client is a dominant player in the market, offering a wide range of hardware and software solutions. They are seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager with Director-level acumen and expertise in Digital Workplace to join their team.

Responsibilities:

The Workspace Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Defining the Workspace portfolio Go-to-Market strategy and overseeing its execution for the entire portfolio of category offerings, including appropriate products, services and solutions.
Understanding target buyer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, creating a portfolio architecture aligned with the business strategy, and overseeing portfolio strategy and rationalisation.
Prioritising and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging, and building content architecture.
Dimensions:

The Workspace Solutions Marketing Manager will be supporting the Digital Services Category: Workspace and driving business across 24 (EMEA) Operating Companies. They will be responsible for translating the company’s business objectives into a market-leading Workspace strategy and have a budget understanding for the Workspace portfolio suite.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Education:

Master’s degree preferred, preferably in technology, business administration, or marketing.

Background/Experience:

10 to 15 years of professional b-2-b experience.
Knowledge of and experience in Workspace, ICT, IoT, B2B enterprise software businesses, or related fields.
Five to 10 years of advanced experience with product line or business unit management strongly preferred.
Related region/market/industry experience preferred.
Previous product marketing or solution marketing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience creating and managing Go-to-Market strategy and execution.
Sensitivity to multicultural environments.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Skills:

Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to gather insight, assess market opportunities, and make the business case for investment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with matrix groups and influence change throughout the organisation, including recommendations to senior management.
Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions, stack control points, roadmaps, and managing development lifecycle.
Solid communication and presentation development and delivery skills.
Strong collaboration, influencer, and cross-functional working skills.
Effective time management and project management skills.
Understands business analytics and how to use them to drive decision-making.

Advanced understanding of the Product Marketing and Management roles and requirements.
Understanding of Business intelligence tools, Web analytics, Social media / measurement / monitoring / community tools.
Key Results Area:

The Workspace Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Building a b-to-b portfolio architecture.
Sales adoption and enablement.
Recognised as a single point of contact for Workspace in EMEA.
Creating a sales enablement plan and overseeing marketing contributions to drive sales’ adoption of the portfolio.
Oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content for Web sites, campaigns and sales enablement.
Conduct routine assessments of the organisation’s go-to-market processes and address gaps in performance.
