Project Manager

-Contractor's role and obligations,conditions of the Contract,the Project management,means,methods,techniques,procedures and limitations.
-The responsibility to deliver the project with efficient and timely manner by organizing and planning of resource and crew, analyzing and managing project risk. Also to communicate,review and update the superintendent representative on daily basis of the work progress.

Monitor and assess employees' exposure to health risks, and to measure the effectiveness of occupational health programs, policies, and procedures.
Meet the client Industrial Hygienist roles and responsibilities and implement client Industrial Hygiene procedures.
Co-ordinate with the project manager and HSE department to resolve occupational health issues.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote maintenance of sanitary facilities.
Overseeing biological monitoring programs.
Assessing and analyzing data, summarizing statistics, and compiling reports.
Conducting regular audits of programs.
Ensuring employee awareness of occupational health and safety concerns, programs, and regulations by conducting training and presentations.
Implementing corrective actions and suspending operations if required
Air Cooled Chiller Technician
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on air cooled chillers, such as cleaning and changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper operation of all components.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair problems with air cooled chillers, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Installation: Install new air cooled chillers in commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring that they are properly installed, connected, and functioning correctly.
Documentation: Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Customer service: Respond to customer complaints and requests for service, and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Safety: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and secure manner, following industry safety guidelines and regulations.
Training: Keep up to date with the latest technologies and techniques in air cooled chiller maintenance and repair, and participate in continuing education and training programs.
Parts inventory: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
