1- Application Specialist
The Application Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical applications used in a hospital setting. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with different hospital departments to identify and prioritize application needs.
Conduct research to identify new applications that can improve hospital workflows and processes.
Plan and coordinate the implementation and integration of new applications.
Develop and maintain application training programs for hospital staff.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hospital staff.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain the security and integrity of hospital data.
Participate in vendor negotiations and contract management.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
Experience in project management and implementation.
Preferably knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
Qualifications
BachelorDegree in a clinical field like Pharmacy, Biotechnology or IT

2- Nursing Manager

The Nurse Manager- Critical Care will be responsible for direct supervision and coordination of the activities in the Critical Care Units (CCU and ICU) and accountable for ensuring good standard of care is provided together with Senior Charge Nurse for the unit.
Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
· Develops, monitors and evaluates the established objectives set for the department.
· Enables and ensures Scope of Services and Practice are adhered to.
· Develops, evaluates and approves nurse staffing patterns per shift needs.
· Provides information to support changes in staffing patterns to the Nursing Management and supervisory team.
· Ensure that the necessary administrative and clinical policies and procedure/protocols, guidelines, forms, etc are developed and adhered to within the units, and across patient care services as a whole.
· Identifies unsafe practice and responds appropriately to ensure a safe outcome.
· Identifies risks, enables strategies, and guidelines to mitigate them
· Ensures that GREEN CRESCENT Incident Scoring MATRIX/ Risk Assessment is understood, followed by all staff, updated and handed over on a daily basis.
· Process all types of staff leaves of the department in a timely organized manner.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the below job requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in a major hospital setting
Leadership / team leader experience
Must have experience at supervisory level in ICU and CCU, ED is also acceptable
Holding a valid Kuwait MOH Nursing license
Up to date BLS (ACLS is an advantage)
Meet the minimum requirements for the job and be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
