1- Application Specialist

The Application Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical applications used in a hospital setting. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work with different hospital departments to identify and prioritize application needs.

Conduct research to identify new applications that can improve hospital workflows and processes.

Plan and coordinate the implementation and integration of new applications.

Develop and maintain application training programs for hospital staff.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hospital staff.

Collaborate with the IT team to maintain the security and integrity of hospital data.

Participate in vendor negotiations and contract management.

Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic.

Ability to work independently and reliably.

Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.

Experience in project management and implementation.

Preferably knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

2- Nursing Manager

The Nurse Manager- Critical Care will be responsible for direct supervision and coordination of the activities in the Critical Care Units (CCU and ICU) and accountable for ensuring good standard of care is provided together with Senior Charge Nurse for the unit.


Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:


· Develops, monitors and evaluates the established objectives set for the department.


· Enables and ensures Scope of Services and Practice are adhered to.


· Develops, evaluates and approves nurse staffing patterns per shift needs.


· Provides information to support changes in staffing patterns to the Nursing Management and supervisory team.


· Ensure that the necessary administrative and clinical policies and procedure/protocols, guidelines, forms, etc are developed and adhered to within the units, and across patient care services as a whole.


· Identifies unsafe practice and responds appropriately to ensure a safe outcome.


· Identifies risks, enables strategies, and guidelines to mitigate them


· Ensures that GREEN CRESCENT Incident Scoring MATRIX/ Risk Assessment is understood, followed by all staff, updated and handed over on a daily basis.


· Process all types of staff leaves of the department in a timely organized manner.


To be considered for this role, you should possess the below job requirements:


At least 10 years of experience in a major hospital setting

Leadership / team leader experience

Must have experience at supervisory level in ICU and CCU, ED is also acceptable

Holding a valid Kuwait MOH Nursing license

Up to date BLS (ACLS is an advantage)

Meet the minimum requirements for the job and be able to perform the essential functions of the position.


3- Radiology Registrar

A physician shall work in Radiology devotes his/her best ability to its proper management and provide best service for the patients. Shall provide all services required by Imaging Services in the normal scope of its operations, provide shall provide service as per departmental duty rota. Reports to and advises the Head of Radiology Unit.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures implementation of the Ministry of Health regulations, the Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the Department Policy and Guidelines.
Performs professional duties as a Radiologist or directs the performance of all function of diagnostic imaging in regard to film interpretation and procedures.
Determines which radiological (imaging) and related service procedures are appropriate to undertake and when new techniques will be utilized. Co-ordinates with the Chief Technologist, the requirements and actions necessary to assure availability of special equipment and supplies.
Participates in group conferences with other physicians for the purposes of case study from a group standpoint and offers opinions from the imaging standpoint.
Assures the adherence to proper safety precautions, infection control and radiation precautions for the protection of unit/division personnel and patients.
Participates in continuing education meetings for diagnostic Imaging Unit Services personnel.
Provides interpretations of all tests performed by Radiology Unit within a time frame established within the department per Medical Administration.
Participates in and help establish the educational programs conducted by medical administration and provide instructions as required to the various departments in the form of a continuing education program.
May works under supervision of Consultants and Specialists working in the Radiology Unit.
Contributes in verification of the qualification and capabilities of all radiological technical personnel as required by Diagnostic Imaging Centre Executive.
Ensures their presence in the hospital while called for on-call duties.
Follows established policies and procedures.
Attends regularly scheduled meeting for the improvement of patient care services and delivery.
Maintains strictest confidentiality.
Accepts all other additional assignments found necessary by the Head of Department.

Education and Experience

MB. ChB + Master Degree in Radiology
Minimum 1 year of experience after master’s degree
MOH Kuwait Issued license to practice as Registrar

Professional Skills & Competencies


Computer skills and DIC computer system.
Proficiency in English and Arabic Language.
