Marketing Executive

Responsible for all marketing campaign production to promote events and products. It is a varied role that includes
production, advertising, event organization, distribution and research.
Accountabilities
· Support Brand Managers in all day to day operations.
· Obtain quotations for the purchase of goods, works and services and follow through production.
· Proper handling of the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, at professional manners.
· Trace the campaigns merchandising allocation & distribution on ground.
· Keep aware and update of marketing and production technologies to meet the market requirement.
· Participate in developing the needful marketing activities in accordance with marketing team.
· Establish and rationalize key supplier agreements. Identify new opportunities, seek ways to improve efficiencies and ensure purchasing compliance.
· Review of purchasing arrangements with suppliers including price, delivery time and discounts to achieve reduced supply chain cost.
· Co-ordinate the overall operations of purchasing function to ensure goods, works and services are provided at the most competitive rates.
· Track and Monitor all merchandising material stock through reports.
· Analyze data and generate reports.
