a push for liquidity by private company shareholders looking to sell their shares pre-IPO and
institutional and accredited investors wanting access to quality blocks. Venley Capital
facilitates this process by presenting exclusive US secondary market investment opportunities
for investors to buy into some of the world’s most promising privately held companies.
We have participated in transactions including Airbnb, SpaceX, Epic Games, Palantir
Technologies, Impossible Foods, Social Finance and Amplitude to name a few
We are seeking to partner with a UHNW/HNW Wealth Manager, Private Banker or
Family Office Investment Officer interested in exposing their existing network of clients or
investors to our exclusive US Pre-IPO investments.
Responsibilities:
Introduce Pre-IPO deal flow to existing and new network/clients base
Liaise and communicate investment memorandums and other deal specifics to
network/client base
Attend investment deal information seminars
Onboard new clients to grow your network of investors and client base
Manage and develop client relationships within your portfolio
