What You Will Need To Succeed In This Role
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.
Professional Certification in Human Resources is preferred.
Language Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic.
Overall 5-7 years of HR experience of which 3+ years of relevant experience.
Specific previous HR generalist experience with understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and compensation and benefits Knowledge.
Knowledge of labor laws is preferred.

We’re looking for versatile graduates with a real interest in problem-solving. You need to have a logical approach and be confident in asking questions.
A recent or final-year undergraduate on track for a 3.2 GPA or equivalent in a STEM, Accounting, Finance or Economics degree subject area
Fluent in English with a preference for native Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
During the programme, we’ll help you develop your client management, data analysis and research skills, so it’s important that you’re willing and keen to learn and drive your own development.
