Job Responsibilities
- Generate quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses , Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity.
- Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project.
- Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
- Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
- Coordinate with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
- Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
- Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals
- Customer relations management and customer service

Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- • Review the ‘Shift handing over’ with prior shift engineer to know the status of job tickets running /completed /balance in maintenance.
- • Take the physical attendance of the workmen.
- • Conduct Tool box meeting at the start of each shift as per the Guidelines of ‘Tool Box Meetings’
- • Allocate the job assignments to the peers working under him & issue the related Work Order details / documents & explain any criticalities involved.
- • Physically meet the Production Shift In charge for further clarity on priorities for production related breakdown urgencies.
- • Ensure that all breakdown Notifications are attended immediately & there is no stoppage to Production activities.
- • Prepare and conduct ‘Routine Inspection’ of the Machines, Equipments & Utilities.
- • Execute ‘Preventative Maintenance’ (PM) as per the pre defined & approved PM schedule.
Marketing Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- • Assisting in executing the annual marketing strategy and ensure that it’s implemented in line with the business objectives.
- • Liaising with external agencies and vendors to produce creative and compelling ideas for; PR activities, and promotional advertising campaigns that will attract and retain customers.
- • Planning and executing events (Internal and External), promotions, and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.

- إنشاء عروض الأسعار من مصادر مختلفة مثل الشركات والقطاع العام والشركات الخاصة والأفراد والمنظمات غير الحكومية وما إلى ذلك كنشاط بيع لكل منها.
- رفع نماذج طلب عروض الأسعار إلى قسم التصميم والتقدير بناءً على متطلبات العميل / رسومات الاستشاريين من أجل الحصول على تكلفة المشروع.
- إعداد عرض تقني تجاري لتقديمه للعملاء
- التفاوض مع العملاء وإنهاء المهام

- • توزيع مهام العمل على الزملاء العاملين تحت إمرته وإصدار تفاصيل/مستندات أمر العمل ذات الصلة وشرح أي نقاط حرجة متضمنة.
- • الالتقاء شخصيًا بمسؤول نوبة الإنتاج للحصول على مزيد من الوضوح بشأن الأولويات المتعلقة بحالات الطوارئ المرتبطة بالإنتاج.
- • التأكد من الرد على جميع إشعارات الأعطال على الفور وعدم توقف أنشطة الإنتاج.
