1- Maintenance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
- Supervise and guide the mechanics for breakdown, PM, and other maintenance activities.
- Supervising of capex projects.
- Finding better alternative solutions. Such as better products from other sources other than equipment supplier.
- Manpower allocation day to day basis
- Coordinate with production for PM activities
- Ensure SOP for all equipment.
- Co ordination with Purchase dept for spares procurement.
- Ensure no wastage of consumables (oils /air / water) by implementing on time rectification of faults.
- Implement the SAP maintenance system to be up dated. by recording breakdown data.
- Co ordinate with stores to ensure spares and consumables are available.
- Achieve and maintain the 5S requirements.
2- Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Handling of dedicated production activities/sub contract activities. Providing daily production.
- Plate cutting knowledge, bus body fabrication, and industrial racking fabrication will be preferred.
- Responsible for handling the complete shift operations and managing the workmen.
- Ensure the total loading operations carried out as per plan in a shift.
- Meeting the target of shipment as per the priorities set from time to time by monitoring the activities of checkers and operators.
- Verifying and confirming the shipper details while vehicles are being loaded in a shift.
- Monitoring the attendance of workmen in the shift and work allotment as per plan
- Strictly follow the priority (Jobs or Part marks) while loading
- Verifying the jobs before loading
- Ensuring the phase wise closing of the jobs as planned
- Should leave the work spot only after reliever takes the charge
- Educating the operators and chakkars towards priority items
Candidate Requirements
- Age Range: 24-30 years
- 2-5 years in managing the workforce in manufacturing / engineering industry
- Supervisory skills
- Understanding the priority requirements
- Should be able to meet the targets set from time to time
- Manage the workmen and educate them with the requirements of job
- Go-getter, good at communication, influencing and convincing skills, good at People Management

1- مشرف الصيانة
مسؤوليات الوظيفة
- ضمان بيئة عمل آمنة لجميع العمال.
- الإشراف على الميكانيكيين وتوجيههم أثناء الأعطال والصيانة الدورية وأنشطة الصيانة الأخرى.
- الإشراف على مشاريع رأس المال.
- إيجاد حلول بديلة أفضل، مثل الحصول على منتجات أفضل من مصادر أخرى غير موردي المعدات.
- تخصيص القوى العاملة على أساس يومي
- التنسيق مع الإنتاج لأنشطة إدارة المشروع
- ضمان الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لجميع المعدات.
- التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات لشراء قطع الغيار.
- ضمان عدم هدر المواد الاستهلاكية (الزيوت / الهواء / الماء) من خلال تنفيذ تصحيح الأخطاء في الوقت المناسب.
- تنفيذ نظام صيانة SAP ليتم تحديثه من خلال تسجيل بيانات الأعطال.
- التنسيق مع المتاجر للتأكد من توفر قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية.
- تحقيق والحفاظ على متطلبات 5S.
2- مشرف إنتاج
مسؤوليات الوظيفة
- التعامل مع أنشطة الإنتاج المخصصة/أنشطة العقود الفرعية. توفير الإنتاج اليومي.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه معرفة بقص اللوحات، وتصنيع هياكل الحافلات، وتصنيع الرفوف الصناعية.
- المسؤول عن التعامل مع عمليات التحول الكاملة وإدارة العمال.
- التأكد من تنفيذ عمليات التحميل الإجمالية حسب الخطة الموضوعة في كل وردية.
- - تحقيق هدف الشحنة حسب الأولويات التي يتم تحديدها من وقت لآخر من خلال مراقبة أنشطة الفاحصين والمشغلين.
- التحقق من تفاصيل الشاحن والتأكد منها أثناء تحميل المركبات في وردية العمل.
- مراقبة حضور العمال في الوردية و توزيع العمل حسب الخطة
- اتبع بدقة الأولوية (الوظائف أو علامات الأجزاء) أثناء التحميل
- التحقق من الوظائف قبل التحميل
- ضمان إغلاق الوظائف على مراحل حسب المخطط
- يجب أن يغادر مكان العمل فقط بعد أن يتولى المساعد المهمة
- تثقيف المشغلين والشاكار فيما يتعلق بالعناصر ذات الأولوية
