Job Description:
As a Lifeguard at our luxurious Aquatonic Spa, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies, performing rescues if necessary.
Conducting regular pool inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns.
Participating in ongoing training and staying up-to-date with lifeguard and CPR certifications.
Requirements:
Valid lifeguard certification.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain composed and act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
Prior lifeguarding experience is a plus.
