We are seeking a Master Technician with extensive experience in Bentley and Lamborghini to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the world's most prestigious automobiles and contribute to our exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on Bentley and Lamborghini vehicles.
- Provide technical training and guidance to workshop personnel.
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and build loyalty.
- Lead and develop the workshop team, providing training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workshop procedures.
Requirements
- Bentley and/or Lamborghini Master Technician certification (VAG Group Master Technician considered with relevant experience).
- Extensive automotive and diagnostic repair experience.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- قيادة وتطوير فريق ورشة العمل، وتوفير التدريب وإدارة الأداء.
- ضمان الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وإجراءات الورشة.
متطلبات
- شهادة فني رئيسي لشركة بنتلي و/أو لامبورجيني (يتم النظر في فني رئيسي لمجموعة VAG مع الخبرة ذات الصلة).
- خبرة واسعة في إصلاح السيارات والتشخيص.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمكونات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والإلكترونية.
- الكفاءة في أنظمة وطرق تشخيص المركبات.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشاكل.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
