Position:
Contract Manager cum Legal Advisor

Qualification:
A Bachelor Degree in Legislative Law (LLB) or Equivalent Degree. Overseas & Local candidates can apply.

Experience:
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in the relevant field.

Job Description:

• Strong experience in the construction industry and legal background.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of industry-specific and general commercial contracts.
• Guiding clients through various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation.

Position:
Safety Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have certification for the successful completion of industrial safety courses.
• Should have Kuwait driving License.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/maintenance of tanks, vessels, and pipeline facilities in Oil/Gas industries.
• Manage and coordinate health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Develop health and safety policies and procedures.

• خبرة قوية في صناعة البناء والخلفية القانونية.
• صياغة ومراجعة والتفاوض على عقود تجارية مختلفة.
• توجيه العملاء من خلال أشكال متنوعة لحل النزاعات، بما في ذلك التقاضي.

الوظيفة:
مهندس سلامة

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
• يجب أن يكون لديه شهادة إتمام دورات السلامة الصناعية بنجاح.
• يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة كويتية.

الخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال إنشاء وصيانة الخزانات والمرافق في صناعات النفط والغاز.
• إدارة وتنسيق برامج ومبادرات الصحة والسلامة.
• تطوير سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.
