About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all transportation activities for our company, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate the transportation team, including drivers and logistics personnel.
- Monitor transportation operations to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Identify and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of transportation activities with other business operations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of local transportation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in transportation management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance.

- معرفة بإدارة وصيانة الأسطول.
