About Us:
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing F&B team!
Role Purpose:
The F&B Store Manager is responsible for planning and executing the brand strategy while maintaining core values of quality and authenticity. He/she will direct daily activities across the kitchen, restaurant, and retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service and store operation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the brand strategy; establish goals, plans, and policies for business growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of service standards and operational procedures aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze brand performance, including sales figures and profit margins, to propose action plans for improvement.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to maximize potential and contribution.
- Manage store displays and layout of the stock room for efficient stock control.
- Stay updated on business and economic trends to ensure effective market intelligence.
- Manage brand activities, promotions, and special events in line with the marketing calendar.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, local laws, and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management.
- 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English; Italian and Arabic are major pluses.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

هدف الدور:
مدير متجر الأغذية والمشروبات مسؤول عن تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجية العلامة التجارية مع الحفاظ على القيم الأساسية للجودة والأصالة. سيتولى إدارة الأنشطة اليومية عبر المطبخ والمطعم والعمليات التجارية، مع ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة والمعايير التشغيلية للمتجر.
المسؤوليات:
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية العلامة التجارية؛ وضع الأهداف والخطط والسياسات لنمو الأعمال.
- ضمان تنفيذ المعايير التشغيلية وإجراءات الخدمة بشكل فعال بما يتماشى مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- تحليل أداء العلامة التجارية، بما في ذلك أرقام المبيعات وهوامش الربح، واقتراح خطط عمل للتحسين.
- توظيف وتدريب وتحفيز وتقييم الفريق لضمان استغلال الإمكانات بشكل مثالي.
- إدارة عروض المتجر وتخطيط تخزين السلع لضمان التحكم في المخزون.
- متابعة الاتجاهات الاقتصادية لضمان استخدام معلومات السوق بفاعلية.
- إدارة الأنشطة الترويجية والأحداث الخاصة بما يتماشى مع تقويم التسويق للعلامة التجارية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير سلامة الغذاء والقوانين المحلية واللوائح الصحية.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكاليوس أو ما يعادلها في إدارة الضيافة.
- 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات، منها 5 سنوات في دور إداري.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ تعتبر الإيطالية والعربية ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
