Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Supply Chain Functional Consultant
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) Supply Chain Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Product Configurator, Product Information Management (PIM), and other core supply chain management modules within D365 FO.
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of supply chain modules in D365 FO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Supply Chain modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Distribution, and Production Control.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Utilize expertise in the Product Configurator to implement and configure product models.
- Manage Product Information Management (PIM) to maintain accurate product data.
- Configure and maintain system parameters, workflows, and business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and customization.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to key users and stakeholders.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of D365 FO modules.
- Lead functional workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth post-go-live operations.
- Stay updated with D365 FO features and recommend continuous improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (or AX), specializing in Supply Chain Management.
- Expertise in Product Configurator, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Management, and Procurement.
- Experience in configuring and managing the full lifecycle of supply chain modules.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system integration, and customization.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Additional Requirements:

المهارات والمؤهلات:
- 8+ سنوات من الخبرة في Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (أو AX) مع التركيز على إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة في مُكوِّن المنتج وإدارة معلومات المنتج (PIM) وإدارة المخزون والتوريد.
- خبرة في إدارة دورة حياة سلسلة التوريد الكاملة.
- خبرة عملية في دمج البيانات والهجرة وتخصيص النظام.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- خبرة في العمل وفق منهجيات إدارة المشاريع Agile أو ما شابهها.
- شهادات Microsoft Dynamics 365 مطلوبة.
- المعرفة بـ Power BI أو أدوات التقارير الأخرى تعد ميزة إضافية.
المتطلبات التعليمية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
