Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Cozmo Entertainment in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth at the designated branch.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Experience in operations, customer service, and business development.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
