Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for projects
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier databases
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years experience in purchasing/procurement within construction or fit out projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in Kuwait preferred
• Proficient in MS Office

• الحفاظ على سجلات شراء دقيقة وقواعد بيانات الموردين
• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق الموقع
• ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ولوائح العمل الكويتية

متطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في مجال المشتريات/التوريد ضمن مشاريع البناء أو التجهيز
• مهارات تفاوض وتواصل وتنظيم قوية
• يفضل الإلمام بمواد البناء ومورديها في الكويت
• يجيد استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
