We are urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our F&B business in Kuwait. The candidate will oversee daily operations, staff management, supplier negotiations, and quality control in franchise and café environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular evaluations of menu items to ensure profitability and seasonal relevance
- Uphold strict culinary quality and sanitation standards
- Manage hiring, staff schedules, and training programs
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complaints efficiently
- Manage labor budgets and administrative tasks
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms
- Supervise inventory management for perishable foods, kitchen tools, and operational supplies
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B
- Strong communication skills with employees, customers, and vendors
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, handling guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Ability to develop budgets, analyze sales data, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

المسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات دورية لأصناف قائمة الطعام لضمان الربحية والملاءمة الموسمية.
- الالتزام بمعايير صارمة للجودة الغذائية والنظافة
- إدارة عمليات التوظيف، وجداول عمل الموظفين، وبرامج التدريب
- ضمان تجربة عملاء استثنائية وحل الشكاوى بكفاءة
- إدارة ميزانيات العمالة والمهام الإدارية
- التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على شروط مواتية
- الإشراف على إدارة المخزون للأطعمة القابلة للتلف وأدوات المطبخ واللوازم التشغيلية
المتطلبات والمهارات
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير عمليات في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع الموظفين والعملاء والموردين
- معرفة بروتوكولات سلامة الأغذية، وإرشادات التعامل معها، ومتطلبات الترخيص
- القدرة على إعداد الميزانيات، وتحليل بيانات المبيعات، وتنفيذ تدابير توفير التكاليف دون المساس بالجودة
