Responsibilities
Operational Accounting: Managing Sales and Purchase accounting within SAP, including AR/AP, invoicing, credit notes, and GRN.
Financial Monitoring: Overseeing receivables, payables, and detailed aging reports to ensure healthy cash flow.
Inventory Mastery: Handling inventory accounting, valuation, and complex reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Reporting & Closing: Preparing comprehensive MIS reports, financial summaries, and leading the month-end closing process.
Audit & Compliance: Ensuring SAP process compliance and coordinating effectively with internal/external auditors, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid experience in Accounts & Finance (experience in trading, distribution, or retail sectors is highly preferred).
Technical Mastery: Hands-on, professional-level experience with SAP (specifically sales, purchase, and inventory flows).
Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of AR/AP, inventory accounting, and reconciliation procedures.
Analytical Skills: Excellent Excel skills and the ability to generate insightful financial reports.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.

المسؤوليات
المحاسبة التشغيلية: إدارة محاسبة المبيعات والمشتريات عبر نظام SAP، بما في ذلك الحسابات المدينة والدائنة والفواتير و(GRN).
الرقابة المالية: مراقبة الذمم المدينة والدائنة وتقارير الأعمار (Aging Reports) لضمان تدفق نقدي سليم.
إدارة المخزون: التعامل مع محاسبة المخزون وتقييمه وإجراء التسويات المعقدة لضمان دقة البيانات.
التقارير والإغلاق: إعداد تقارير معلومات الإدارة (MIS)، والملخصات المالية، وقيادة عملية الإغلاق الشهري.
التدقيق والامتثال: ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات SAP والتنسيق بفعالية مع المدققين والعملاء والموردين.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المثبتة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة الصلبة في الحسابات والمالية (يفضل الخبرة في قطاعات التجارة، التوزيع، أو التجزئة).
الإتقان التقني: خبرة عملية واحترافية في نظام SAP (تحديداً تدفقات المبيعات والمشتريات والمخزون).
المعرفة الأساسية: فهم عميق لإجراءات AR/AP، ومحاسبة المخزون، وعمليات التسوية المحاسبية.
المهارات التحليلية: مهارات ممتازة في برنامج Excel والقدرة على استخراج تقارير مالية دقيقة.
التواصل: مهارات تواصل قوية للتنسيق الفعال مع مختلف أطراف العمل.
